Before You Use the Chamber

  1. Run a no-load test

    On first use, confirm everything works before anyone enters the chamber.

  2. Check the gauge

    Confirm the pressure gauge reads 1 ATA before opening the zippers.

  3. Keep a safe area

    Keep the chamber away from water, flames, and sharp objects, and never smoke nearby.

  4. Do not disassemble

    Do not disassemble the equipment without supplier approval.

Which manual should I download?

Check the model on your chamber label or order confirmation. Sitting HS050 uses the Sitting manual, Sit-and-Lie HC050 uses the Sitting and Lying manual, and Lying HL050 uses the Lying manual.

Where is the serial number?

The serial number is printed on the product label. Keep it ready when you contact support or make a warranty request.

What pressure and session length do the manuals specify?

Standard working pressure is 1.3 ATA, and the recommended session is 60 to 90 minutes. Always wait for the gauge to read 1 ATA before opening the zippers.

My chamber is not pressurizing. What should I check?

The troubleshooting table in the manual covers common causes such as an unclosed vent valve, an unplugged air hose, an uneven zipper seal, or a clogged filter. If the problem remains, contact support.

How often should I clean the filters?

The manual says to clean the intake filter every 200 hours of use and replace the secondary filter every 2000 hours, based on the hours shown on the LCD screen.
